Before processing a withdrawal, your account and payment method verification status will be checked.
Withdrawals can only be completed for fully verified accounts. If verification is incomplete, you must complete the required steps before your withdrawal can be processed.
In addition to checking your account verification status, the verification status of the payment method used for the withdrawal will also be reviewed according to the specific requirements of that payment method.
To upload requested documents, go to My Account → Profile → Verification Process → Select Document Type → Other Documents.
To avoid delays, make sure that:
Your account verification is complete.
Your withdrawal payment method meets the verification requirements.
Any requested documents are submitted before requesting a withdrawal.
Once all verification checks are completed, your withdrawal will be processed according to the payment method requirements.
