How can I access my account if I forgot my username or password?

Forgot your username?

If you forgot your username:

1. Go to the Betano homepage, find and click on the green "Login" button, which you can find in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Log in using the email address you used to register.

Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password:

1. On the login page, click “Forgot your password? Click here”.
2. Enter your email address or mobile number and your date of birth.
3. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
