To set activity limits, please go to My Account > Profile > Player Protection, then locate the Casino and Sportsbook Loss Limits field.
How Loss Limits Work
You can set a maximum net loss amount for the following periods:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Once your loss limit is reached, you will no longer be able to gamble until the relevant limit period resets.
How Net Loss Is Calculated
Your net loss is calculated as:
Total Bets − Total Winnings
The calculation does not include:
Bonus balance
Free bets
Changing Your Loss Limit
Making your limit more restrictive (lowering it): Takes effect immediately.
Making your limit less restrictive (raising it): Takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
