- Take a Break: Once the selected timeframe (24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or 2 months) has elapsed, your account is automatically reactivated. You cannot cancel or shorten the selected break period.
- Self-exclusion:This feature takes effect immediately from the moment it is set and lasts for the selected time frame (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 5 years). If you select a period longer than 6 months, you may request a revocation after the 6-month mark has passed.
- Permanent self-exclusion via DGOJ: If you registered for Self-Exclusion via the DGOJ (RGIAJ Registry), you may request removal from the registry after 6 months. Once removed, you can request the reactivation of your account.
- Account Closure: Once the selected timeframe (21 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months) has elapsed, your account is automatically reactivated. The account closure can be revoked at any time.
